The Annual Garage Sales are held on the Friday & Saturday following Memorial Day. The next annual garage sale dates are May 31st & June 1st, 2024. No permit is required to hold a sale on those two days, if you're located in the designated area. For questions regarding the Annual Garage Sale, contact Administration at 937-836-5106 ext. 210.
Individual garage sale permits are $5.00. You are allowed two garage sales a year, 60 days apart. If you have questions about obtaining a garage sale permit, contact Zoning at 937-836-5106 ext. 211.
