Pilates fitness classes are offered at the Earl Heck Community Center Thursday mornings at 9:00 a.m. Pilates uses a combination of stretching and toning exercises to achieve your fitness goals. Class size is limited so you must register in advance by calling Kristy at 698-5182.

Weight Watchers meetings are held at the Earl Heck Center on Thursdays at 10:00 AM. Weigh-Ins begin at 9:30 AM.

Quilting Group

Open senior euchre is offered on Thursdays at 1:00 PM. Open to anyone 55 and older.

Strength and Balance Classes are held at the Earl Heck Community Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00 PM. These classes are chair exercise classes for seniors and those with mobility issues. If your Medicare plan offers Silver Sneakers as part of your plan then you are eligible to take the classes for free. Class size is limited due to Covid-19 so you must register in advance by calling Lisa at 937-620-8342
