Property Maintenance is an important factor in maintaining property values. The city has an active Code Enforcement Program that helps to maintain welcoming neighborhoods and keep property values high. The most common violations found are overgrown grass exceeding a height of eight inches, trailers parked in the driveway and trash cans stored in front of the house. To avoid receiving a Property Maintenance Violation and possible $50 fine, please do not store trash cans or trailers in front of your house.
